Cilostazol Drug

Marty, hate that this is 100 years after your question, but my doc just gave me this for my cramping, i'm in the first 7 days of it where I only take one per day, after that it goes to two per day. It's really too early to tell definately but I do believe my cramping has slowwed down a bit.

(My legs, feet and toes start to cramp probably within 15 -20 minutes of laying in my bed - goes on intermittently most of the night)

the does for me @ 200 pounder :) is 50mg tablet at night - then 1 tab twice per day.

Cilostazol does look a little scary in places, doesn't it?

I get cramping in my feet associated with my PN. I found by accident that vitamin B-5 has helped this noticeably (with no scary side effects).

Vitamins

Although the medical community isn't quite sure why this is so, if you have a deficiency in B6 (pyridoxine), B5 (pantothenic acid) or B1 (thiamine), this can lead to cramping.

It's rare to be deficient in B5 (unless there's some kind of assimilation issue) but I started taking B5 with my RLA, and after adding the B5, my foot cramps lessened in frequency & severity.
