Many of you post research, etc, and I feel bad cuz I'm not that great at things like that. I generally need a dictionary to get thru some of the things that are posted like that. So I'm happy to report that I have something to share, that is actually something even *I* understood! YIPPEE!!!! And it deals with Quantum Physics, if you can believe that I understood THAT! *eek!*

Anyway, my boss's wife, who is a breast cancer survivor, gave me a dvd a while ago, which I JUST this past week got a chance to watch. It is called "What the bleep do we know? Down the rabbit hole" and was the extended quantum edition. I must say it's VERY interesting. Here is the website where you can see if you want to:

Anyway, there are a lot of different ways to watch this, depending on the selection you choose at the beginning of the movie. I didn't watch the ENTIRE version, cuz that would take 5 hours, so I watched the "movie" part with a little bit of the commentary (which is scientists explaining how the physics relate to the part of the movie you jsut saw). But what "got to me" was a part which showed that there was a scientist who, soem time ago, studied how water is affected by "feelings." For example:

- He took water samples out of the exact same stream and put them in separate petri dishes. Anyway...instead of me explaining it...this site shows it much better, and with pictures, how feelings can affect just plain old water:

What this proves, is that since the human body consists of 90% water, that OUR OWN thoughts and feelings can affect us in the same way the words affected these water SAMPLES.

And there was much more to this movie, but I didn't get a chane to watch it all. But it REALLY had an impact on me.

Now, I KNOW we all already know that our thoughts affect how we FEEL. I have been thru the pain counseling, the therapy, etc, and they tell you this over and over (and we also preach it to each other over and over). Bu somehow, seeing it in THIS LIGHT, in thsi movie, did a lot to open my eyes. PLUS, there is MORE in this movie that will just TOTALLY enlighten you.

I would encourage ANYONE to obtain a copy of this movie and watch it. I found it very interesting!
