Default Looking For A New Doctor in PA, DE, NJ, MD, NY area

I live in PA and have had what I consider to be the best dr. Unfortunately Dr. Maleki has moved to Ohio and I just can not make that trip to see him. So I really need to find a dr. If there is anyone that can help me I would greatly appreciate it as I really need a treatment and am in terrible pain. I can't even get an appointment to see the replacement dr. until late next month and that's just for the initial visit. I could really use some help if anyone knows of any drs.
