Sounds like your doc might be partners with the neurologist I saw many months ago...When I inquired about spreading (I had burning in my face and burning in both legs even though my RSD started in my left foot) he said "RSD/CRPS doesn't spread..that's why it's called 'regional'......:p
As I have posted in the past, I never returned to his office....
