I wrote on another post, but wanted to make sure everyone saw this post. For the last few years, I've been having my primary doc refer me to a pediatricians' office for my flu prevention. They can give you a nasal mist version of the shot so we do not have to have an injection & risk spread. Has worked great for me. Just wanted to pass this along!!
