Thumbs up

Carrie -

Didn't see the show. But when I ran a search for it a little while ago, I came across an amazing set of before and after broadband videos of Shannon Stocker, MD, who developed CRPS as she was graduating from medical school in 2000, and by the time she was treated in Monterrey, Mexico in April 2007 was on the verge of death, only to be almost fully restored to health, albeit with the need for periodic booster infusions. Check out her interviews by Dr. Anthony Kirkpatrick at http://www.rsdfoundation.org/en/Dr_Stocker_Video.htm and then follow the links to Dr. Stocker's personal site.

Listening to this beautiful woman sing Amazing Grace, with a new baby girl in her husband's arms a few feet away, on the March 21, 2009 "Two Years After Ketamine Coma" video, is guaranteed to bring anyone here to tears. Still, she doesn't mince words, calling it "two steps forward, one step back" all the way.
