Default suggestions?

Hi! I was sitting on my couch watching tv and a mini-van came crashing through my house and hit me 19months ago. Very long story short, I have crps in my right (dominant) arm. Before that day I worked for my Dad and homescooled my twin 8year old girls. Needless to say I'm not able to do anyof that anymore. I have lost myself along the way. Any suggestions for a possible purpose/job without use of dominant arm? Thank you.
