Potential Risk of Serious Adverse Health Consequences with Inadvertent Administration of Cesamet (nabilone) Capsules 1 mg Instead of Trazorel (trazodone hydrochloride) Tablets 50 mg Due to Mislabelling - Valeant Canada Limited

A bottle containing Cesamet capsules 1 mg, a controlled substance used to treat nausea linked to chemotherapy, was mislabelled as Trazorel 50 mg tablets, an antidepressant. Given the health risks, 5 lots of these 2 products are subject to a recall type I.
