Wink Foot Coverings

I have had RSD for the last 5 months and it has progressed pretty quickly. I have had physical therapy for the last 4 months 4 times a week. I have also had 6 spinal lumbar blocks and a Spinal Cord Stimulator trial done, all to no avail. My ortho told me that I probably needed to find a smarter dr and sent me to see a vascular surgeon to r/o vascular issues due to the extreme coldness and blue color of my foot.

I am extremely displeased with my current pain management dr, but my main concern is now that winter is descending upon the Northeast does anyone have any recommendations as to what I can put on my foot to keep it covered but will not cause undue pain. I am currently using a CAN Boot to keep it warm.

I would appreciate any information or help.
Thanks.
