Default one more dr. apt before I get the pump trial

Hi all,

well, it seems the dr wants to see me Monday afternoon. I thought he was ready to go with the pump, but he wants to see me one more time. He's gotten all the reports and spoken with my Infectious disease dr. about whether I should get antibodics before suregery as I've thrown infections on every surgery for the last few Years. I really want the trial, and I want my life back. Just think, I can ride my horses after I heal. I couldn't do that with the scs. And go on roller coasters, drive, work part time, so many things I can't do now. Monday will not be here soon enough. I wish I had patience. Never have and never will.

Hugs
Mary

Hi Mary,
Thanks for keeping us updated. We are all rooting for you and wishing you success with the pump. When I go to the dentist, he ALWAYS has me take antibiocs. He researched RSD when I started going to him. And I use the gas mask to lower anxiety. I'm just finishing 20 antibiotic pills for reg flu I think-haven't been tested. I know I have a very low immune system, like a lot of us. Take care-will be thinking of you, loretta with soft hugs

Default just wondering

did you have a scs? My husband had the permanent one implanted earlier this week. He has found great relief from it.
