for that clarification.... so then, here is the link to my other post. I've explained things there that have helped me with the pain I have in that area. Due to work issues I have not been to the massage therapist for several weeks, and I think that is why I have been feeling so poorly these last two weeks. This weekend has been my worst in a year. I just want to thank you all for your replies and great Info.It's been a big help to understand what is RSD? and the Smyptoms of it.
