for that clarification....

so then, here is the link to my other post. I've explained things there that have helped me with the pain I have in that area.

Due to work issues I have not been to the massage therapist for several weeks, and I think that is why I have been feeling so poorly these last two weeks. This weekend has been my worst in a year. Thankfully, I go in the morning... I am sure she will help me !!! She has done more for me than Stellate blocks have.
