Default Far infrared

Hello everyone,
has anyone ever tried far infrared for RSD. I just ordered a wrap for my leg . I was told that it should calm down the pain somewhat.
Thanks,
Tony

Hi,
My daughter has rsd and her massage therapist has an infered sauna. She sat in it and had muscle relief. The infered has a different penetrating heat than moist heat. She said it helped to relax the muscles to and she also slept better. Let us know how it is going to work for you. I am interested in how it is going to work and where did you purchase it at.

I used to use the infrared sauna, but it got sold because it wasn't kidding the use it needed. My roommate had bad fibromyalgia so she bought it years ago. When I use it did make me feel much better.

I have infrared socks, comforters, longjohns. At one time my legs and feet were 15° colder than the other parts of my body. It is much better now. I used the products daily.
