Thumbs up Update on Adrenal Gland Supplements

Hi all!

I've posted a couple weeks ago about RSD wreaking havoc on the adrenal gland ( because of burnout from 1.constant pain signaling and 2. long term use of pain meds). A lot of the chronic pain and fatigue symptoms associated with Adrenal fatigue/exhaustion described me to a "T". I was getting to the point where I didn't have the adrenaline rush needed to yell at my kids (ha ha) and if I got upset, I got really light-headed.

So, I purchased something called Adrenal Health by GAIA Herbs (amazon.com for about $20) . They are capsules of organic dry herbs (Rhodiola root, Holy Basil extract, Ashwagandha root, Wild Oats Milky Seed, and Schisandra berry). I'm on day 4 of taking the herbs and for me they are WONDERFUL I definately notice a big difference with improvement in fatigue (mental, physical, and muscular), pain level, and dystonia. I'm even sleeping better at night ( used to have several waking episodes) and I'm even starting to feel a little bit of libido return (I've had absolutely 0, flat-lined libido for so long). I'm not 100% there, but slowly progressing. I also, so far have noticed no side -effects (no drastic jumps in energy/fatigue, no mood swings).

I'm very excited and am keeping my fingers crossed that much of what ails me may be partly to a beat adrenal gland.

I'll keep you posted on any new progress, as it has only been 4 days (but was excited to share news)

God Bless you all!!!!!!! Vanna
