Bathing your limb in epsom salts is not an RSD treatment, but it can ease the pain a little. Whether that has anything to do with water temperature or the actual product... who knows? Fact is, you can't bathe your limb 24/7. Cherry pit pillows might help a little too. When bathing, just don't use hot water, cold water or ice... no extremes. Keep it lukewarm to warm, whatever you use.

Aside from sweating in the epson salt baths...

has anyone notices it makes ur sking softer, I think my skin has just gotten super soft since all these baths!!!

But I also love that when I soak, my kitten lays right along hte bath up and flaps his tail in that water... either thats, or sticks his paw in the water and bats and my toes! i love it!!! he keeps me company while i soak!

Yes, it is wonderful for the skin.

Imagine what wonders it is doing inside you! ;)

It's a microwaveable heating pad. :D If you google it, you'll come up with lots of different sites that have them, and you'll be able to see. It takes a few minutes in a microwave and presto: instant warmth.

BTW, epsom salt isn't obtainable where I live, so I used to use dead sea salt.
