If you go to sleep at 6pm and wake up at 3am ,,that is normal,,your body has gotton its 9 hrs sleep,,force yourself for a couple of days until your body gets used to it , stay up until 9 pm ,,then you should sleep until 6am,,I used to work swing shift and I had to switch my sleep patterns around,,,,and No mid day naps,,,,,,good luck to you,,i like useing melontonin as a sleep aid as well |
I have tried that!!! But i cant fall asleep later, you would think logically that would work right???
So, i got a memory foam mattress topper for my mattress... It is really comfortable, and my doc gave me some celebrex to take at dinner time to calm my muscles and body down. I slept a litter better last night, i dont know if it was the fact that I was going all day and wore myself out or what?? Does anyone else take remeron for sleep? I take it, I fall asleep in like 30 seconds, but getting 'sleep' is the problem. does that make sense? waking up feeling rested.. not waking up feeling like someone punched you in the eyes?? I am hoping this memory foam will make a difference on my body!! It is really comfortable to lay on!!! |
The Aquatic therapist told me today I have sighns of chronic RSD, I use Trazodone 50mg tablet they worked for a little bit I NEVER GET A GOOD SLEEP, DUE TO PAIN AND DIOSCOMFORT PLEASE KEEP ME IMFORMED BECAUSE I FEEL THE WAY U DO! tHANKS.

I tried ambeim but didn't like my wife telling me all the things I did the night before but didn't remember. Sleep is definitely an issue for me too between an arthritic shoulder, brachial plexus damage and CRPS and I've found that 1/2 mg of lorazepam at bedtime will take me to 1 am or so (better than nothing!). I'll take all the sleep I can get!
