It is so normal to feel more emotional when you are having flares. I am having a bad one today due to the snow, I guess. And I am one, grouchy human being. Everything seems wrong. I write how I feel every day (or most days), cry when I need to (sometimes I don't know when that is), and try to realize that today is today. All I know is that I am very emotional today, too. So, you are not alone.

dear courtw84;it is normal too be emotional when flairing up.the two go hand in hand.i ve been doing it for 12 years..the rsd attacks the central nervous system where your emotions are regulated.so it is no wonder.this is our normal.blessings,tpck:
