I might also add, that with continued hip pain, diagnostics and imaging need to be revisited. Enlarged lymph node is a generalized finding but needs to be explored. They can be long-standing, non-tender and not a problem or signify a more serious issue (your body is allowed to have all the problems it wants, unfortunately). One can get labs and if indicated, aspirate the lymph node for further evaluation. Your internists are good at that knid of thing. I doubt the lymph node has anything to do with a suggested labral tear. And your FP or internists likely, know very little about CRPS and you probably stress them out when you bring it up! Go to pain manamement. And get a different ortho as with your complaints of ongoing joint issues, something is still afoul.
