Default Don't understand?

I have Rsd in my left foot and leg. I have been having this tingling in my arms like there going to sleep. Yesterday i was tring to tote my dinner plate and my hand started cramping and was feeling the pins and needles. This happened before in october at a halloween party. It was so bad then I just dropped my plate. If I had not switched hands last night I would have dropped it. I don't know if I should say anything to my doctor. I feel like as many problems as I come in complaining about that hes going to stop believing me. Does anyone else have this problem? What could it be? Should I tell the doctor? If you have any suggestions please help!
