Hi everyone
I was wondering, have anyone tried hypnose. I know its not a cure for anything, but I have seen several hypnotists saying that they could help people with pain. Gitte - olivers mum |

If you are able to find a hypnosis expert I would sure give it a try.
No side effects ![]() There are books about self hypnosis in most libraries , you might look into that and see what you think about trying it that way first. There is also something called EFT {emotional freedom technique} http://www.emofree.com/ free download starter manual = http://www.emofree.com/downloadeftmanual.asp

My Dr. hypnotized me several times when I first got RSD. He also taught me meditation.
I don't know if it helped but it certainly didn't hurt. At least it's not an invasive treatment. My Dr. has helped many patients to quit smoking by hypontising them. The reason I can't say if it helped me was due to the extensive treatments he was doing for me at the same time. TPI's, blocks, meds. He left out nothing. We also prayed together. With RSD we have to try many different treatments. Like Jo says, read up on it first to see what you think about it. Ada Last edited by dreambeliever128; 02-12-2010 at 02:46 PM. |
