Default Are you hypermobile?

I wonder how many RSD members here may have hypermobility?
Roz had an article that mentioned it as a possible issue relating to RSD- so I thought I'd ask.

a link for a "test" for it-
http://hypermobility.org/beighton.php

If you would like to post your score too that might be interesting.

I can do a 6 now - but before my RSI, TOS and CMP stuff I could do all 9.

Many with TOS are Hypermobile also.

Hey Jo, the Incredible Rubber Woman!!

Well I score a big fat zero...never been hypermobile except in my left thumb - which, interestingly, is the site of my RSD. Well, left wrist/hand.
What a good idea! Thanks!
all the best

Well, I scored one. I can put my hands on the floor in front of me. I don't know if I have RSD or not. (still investigating) I do have TOS and fibromyalgia and CMPS.
Interesting topic Jo.

Absolutely scored "0" all the way around. When I was a child on up to young adulthood I could do the 1st one where I could touch my hands to the floor without bending my knees, but as far as the rest no way, natha, zilch etc.

*LOL*

used to be an 8 back in the old days ! (ok 5 years ago).

do spasms count? if they're being horrible then my knees can bend backwards (upwards... at 45 degrees), knee caps can dislocate and feet can swing round to touch my hips, thumbs can tuck over the backs of my hands etc.

wow - i should work in a freak show!

yes, yes i am. scored an 8 of 9. the only one i don't score a 9 now is the thumb to wrist on my left hand. however, i was able to do it in the pastl am unable to do so now because i'm not quite 3 weeks out of a cast again on the bad rsd wrist.
