My pm Dr. is also certified in accupuncture and he said never should you get acupuncture when you have RSD. Ortho had suggested it and 2 of my pm Dr. said no way.

I did my own water therapy as I live in Arizona. The pool-86 degree temp. was wonderful keeping me mobile and also reversing toes that were curling. Hot Tub temp is NOT good for us. Neither is cold temps. 86 degrees was recommended on the RSDSA site. I personally benefited with physicall therapy and massage therpy. I used people that were experienced with RSD. Also had specific hand therapy and desensitization with hand specialist. Hope this helps some. your friend, loretta with soft hugs |
