Unhappy ? for those who already have had Ketamine treatment

I just had a thought about the whole Ketamine treatment scenario. I know I have been waiting for over three years now for the treatment and in court all the time trying to fight wcomp. I see others are in the same boat too as myself and I wondered for those that have already received the treatment within the last few years if they felt it was worth it to have had it done. Just curious since we are all fighting so much and it seems so frustrating at times. I have read surverys that state pain usually decreases about 85% for several months once you have the treatment. I have had Lidocaine IV treatment too and saw a decrease in pain in some areas but in other areas I had increase in pain since I never used certain muscles for over a year or so. Would people that had Ketamine done do it all over again? I am sure it is tough for your body to go through. I guess I am having a down day today and feel frustrated at what all of us have to go through with the amount of pain we are in. Any ideas would be enlightening at this point.
Thanks,
kathy d

YES YES YES YES to ketamine. I would have it over and over and over. I would have an IV hooked up to me 24-7 if i could LOL. Lidocaine and Ketamine are totally seperate things. Ketamine resets your pain receptors. I have no burning pain with the ketamine. It is amazing. The downside is that you have to get it every few months, but I am off 6 medications that I was on before and I am able to function more normally. i totally recommend ketamine, and I will keep on getting it until it stops working. I didnt really read surveys, because my thought process is what if i am one of the 40 percent that it DOES work on and i am not doing it because i see the 60 percent?? ( i just pulled random numbers) anywaya thats my thought
