I will be thinking of you on the 29th...

Take care, XOXOX Sandy

AND I will certainly be thinking of you on the 16th and many days afterwards!!!!!!! My prayers are with you...

Sandy -

My belated congrats as well. (Been away for the last week.) It's all wonderful news, including the part that United Heathcare is now signing off on this!!!

Just out of curiousity, do you know what the "full titration" dose is? (It may be expressed as mg./kg./hr.) My hunch is that there's a reason you're in the ICU at that point: the therapeutic dose for people with non-acute CRPS may be substantially higher than the "low dose" figures that are typically bandied about. Just curious in any event.

And so happy to here about the timing vis-a-vis your job. That's really nice in and of itself.

Mike

Hi Mike,

My low dose ketamine dosage will be about 200 - 250 mg per day, over about 4 hours, per Getson's articles that he wrote on the treatments in the Spring of 2006 and again in 2009. A fellow RI RSDer just started the 5 day inpatient treatment at Drexel in the ICU on Wednesday, I have asked his wife what his dosage is. I am sure it is substantially higher. He has CPRS II (and very limited mobility), while I have CRPS I.

Thanks for your well wishes. I will keep you all posted. XOXOX Sandy
