It always comes down to the wording of the policy, not the general description of what we think we got. On an employer generated policy, we are likely sold down the river. Comes down to an ERISA thing sometimes, and many times and on whether your policy was an own occupation vs. an any occupation plan. Very sorry, that really sucks...
