The power of prayer is great...I sent the same post on FB and my spasms are slowing down...I have really over done it this week because the weather has been great and I am planning my daughter's baby shower, plus I worked in the snack shack at little league for only an hour....Lord, help me! I am in the process of getting SSDI and at the very end of all my appts...maybe the stress will help me get it the first go around. I have only met 1 person who was approved the first time. Thanks for your kind words!

It sounds like you have a lot going on. I hope the spasms continue to get better and you get approved the 1st time. Sending happier and painfree thoughts

Good luck on the SSDI. I have been through this too, and understand the challenges that you are facing. Keep calm, and hopefully the spasms will pass. Lisa

I have a standing script for flexerol for the muscle spasms. I avoided it for the first 2 years until I was talking to a NP while we were out one night and she mentioned that she prescribes it for all sorts of things since it is not addictive and hard to OD on.
It does not make them all go away but it makes them easier to deal with.
