I'm here in Wisconsin! Lucky me. It is 6 degrees right now, and it feels like -9. The cold drives me crazy! I can't stand it.

Ada, you made me tear up too.
I'm glad you have close and caring family near you.

I hope you all get to warm up soon.

Wow. What a difference in weather! Here in the NE USA it was 45 degrees today. Expecting snow tonight, and tommorow.

Default Thank all of you

for your support. I felt I just had to share what I was feeling about Bill. It doesn't seem to get easier that's for sure. I know I'm blessed with family and friends. I have always had good family support through my sisters, brother, daughter, step-kid, and all of my friends. Including all of you here.

It has stayed cold here. It was 5 degrees Thursday night I know it was in the teens last night. I left my water dripping again.

The main roads are clear here but the back roads and parking lots are like ice. We are suppose to see weather up in the 40's this week so maybe the snow and ice will be gone soon. We still have months of winter left and that worries me according to what we had already had. As I'd said before, we have never had a winter like this one as I can remember and everyone else thinks the same way.

I was just wondering about everyone elses. I saw some crazy weather in CA and Florida on the map.

Thanks again for all of your support.

Ada

By the way Lisa, that mascara better be a cheap brand. IF you find one that really is waterproof let me know. I'm tired of looking like a raccoon after crying all of the time. At least it gives everyone a good laugh though.

Oh Crud! I was so engulfed in Ada's wonderful description of her love, that I forgot to talk about our weather.

Actually, today, it's so cold they closed all the schools. At 6 a.m. it was -4 (yep, actual temp!) and the windchill was -25. They said being outside for 10 minutes could get you frostbite.

Pain is HORRIFIC today. Ugh.

It got up to almost 60 here yesterday. Would have been nice if it weren't for the wind blowing. I could go outside though with only a sweater on. We are suppose to see more of it this week. I hope so. After 8 weeks of snow, I'm ready for the warm weather. It's a far cry from the weather Friday. Dustin stayed all night with me Thursday night and their school was on a 2 hour delay. It was 5 degrees here. Our weather changes faster then most places I have seen. All of the snow is already gone.

This is the worst winter I have seen in Co. in the 33 years I have lived here. Thank God we don't have much longer to go of it.

Lisa, I don't know where you live but it sounds like you are getting what we were getting. Emily's grandma called me yesterday and she said they were freezing at 5 degrees there too.

Default Hi woman,

It was good to talk to you yesterday. As I said Sunday's are my hardest days without Bill so it was good to be able to talk to you.

I didn't know Lisa was in Michigan. No wonder she's cold.

This weather here is just not what we have delt with before . Last year at Christmas it was 70 degrees.

I hope this will go down in history as the worst winter in Colorado. LOL

Ada

This weather here in wisconsin is messing with my head lol! About 2 weekends ago i was sitting out on my friends porch at 10:00 at night with just a light sweatshirt on. At the moment its -14 degrees (actual temp). the wind chill is about -30. They had to cancel school today cuz it was too dangerous to make kids wait for the buses. Theyre thinking the same thing is gunna happen again tomorrow. Crazy business this weather.

Greetings from Southern California. Current temp. 85 degrees F., with an expected high of 87 for today.

Damn those mid-winter AC bills!

Seriously, with very little rain this winter, it will be fire season before we know it. I guess you take whatever comes with the territory.
