Default Need Some Information/ASAP!
This is Breezy55. I Need some information about any Good Pain Dr's,who live near the North West Valley in Surprise,Phoeix,AZ. A very good friend of mine is moving out there in a few week's. He is on SSDI.Also he has had his L leg amputated.Please get back to me as soon as you can! Thanks so much Breezy55 I forgot to tell everyone that he is moving from Wisconsin. Once more thanks so much!
