Exclamation

I am so sorry about the troubles your daughter is experiencing. I attended the RIC program (4 week, 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week) in May 2010. I am an adult. I would definitely recommend you get a 2nd opinion. I had several things happen that I brought to the attention of the incompetent, waste of a Dr who was overseeing my care at RIC (I live in NYC, and my PM Dr at Hospital for Special Surgery here in NYC who is amazing, referred me to RIC), that they dismissed which turned out to be significant. I would definitely get a second opinion! Good luck!
Be well,
Jen

I'm sorry I missed this thread when it was current but I agree with this. Unfortunately they don't have a specific program for RSD patients but they are aware of the disease and do treat it in nearly any stage. I was referred some time back but it seems far beyond my capacity to even try it. Besides the terrors of driving and staying far away from home in some cases it can be brutal. I'd put up with a lot to get rid of this monster but fear going through the agony and not losing it.
