Jim, I do not use salt, and maybe a half cup of coffee, I had a nutritionist come see me in the hospital last year and she basically told me the do's and don'ts for all my (special) problems.
Thanks again of trying to help, I swear this board of people are terrific.I hope Suzy is having a better day.
