Help Arghh

Will sombody plz knock some sense into me???? I got through last week and all of the "stuff" that went with it. Extra shifts, surgery etc. Did the hosting of the bridal shower yesterday, did the work thingy today, easy day NRP (neonatal rescitation program) and then computer training. Froze my rump off and now I am suffering a flare and a half. Have to do some work in the house my son and his fiance are remodeling tomorrow, Wed have a date in the am with a former coworker and friend work on the floor thursday, have Friday off then work the weekend on the floor

Take a deep breath and slowly breath out...I am amazed that you can get all that done...that is why we have flares..to slow us down when we do too much...be careful, you'll end up really sick if you don't slow down!

I think you know the answer already to this post..Take it easy..Reading your list of to do's ...is too much..I would never ever be able to do any of it..One thing, among many RSD has taught me is fast pace, and most tasks are not possible, anymore..SO slow down as you will be the one to pay the major price and it is big when it comes to our pain level! I won't kick you with my good foot cuz I know you get the picture...Take care of yourself!!
