Check out the youtube link in my first post. It shows how many common tasks are taught.
The Barbara Handelman "clicker train your own service dog" DVD set is about $100 new...you might find it used online... but Barbara is mostly in a wheelchair, and she trains SDs. Being in a chair restricts some things, but not most as far as training. Barbara is on a couple of the forums I PM'd to you - and is more than happy to answer questions.
