Default A Good Day !

Realizing I seem to only post when I am hurting or having a RSD related problem , thought I would change it up a bit .... Today was a GOOD DAY ! My wife was able to get off work early and came home around lunch , after lunch she headed to the swimming pool while I retreated to the bed to continue my hurting . While sitting in bed I remembered the encouraging responses in the past urging us to keep moving . So off to the pool I went , the water is nice and warm and it felt so good enjoying the weightlessness the water provides . As the day is winding down my pain is creeping back up however I have another good day to put in the memory bank ! Thanks to all that offer encouragement and understanding when we are going through tough times , and wanted all to know the kind words and advice do not go unnoticed . Hope all are doing well and take care !
