I am reading a lot of your stories about RSD and I can relate to them! These stories help me think that I'm not crazy and the pain is real!

You are not crazy. I have RSD for 9 years now. It has changed my life forever, and that of my family as well. Hope today is a good day for you. With RSD it is one day at the time. My best wishes to you.

lobster,
welcome to the forum. No your not crazy, but I remember that feeling when my original orthopedic dr. wouldn't listen to my complaints and the pain was getting worse and the feelings ice water running down my leg.
This is a great place.

Anyone who has not been made to feel at some point in their RSD journey like they are crazy is very very lucky. You know that you are in pain...this is a fact...and yet many doctors ignore what you say, say there is no reason for the pain to be there, pass you off from one doctor to the next until you feel like you are going to lose it. It was such a relief to actually have a diagnosis of RSD, to read about it and KNOW this what I have...even if what I was ready was rather dire as far as such things go. It has most certainly been a life changer. Welcome and sorry to hear that you have this horrible condition.
