Default Dropping by to say Hi after a while

Hello to my friends out there! It has been a while since I have visited the boards. Since I was last here, I caved and got a SCS plus had a revision. However, in the end, it has been working, along with the medications. Still working, but have changed jobs from the busy neuro ICU at a university hospital to an administrative job at a smaller hospital. So much better from a stress perspective, both physically and emotionally. Have been catching up on everyone while I am riding out some leg spasms (shocker) and wanted to say hello and wish everyone a low pain day!

Glad you are getting some relief from SCS. I have one too and all in all have been satisfied. Still taking meds too -UGH- but doing better. Good to hear from you-Fondly-Carol

Congrats on managing to handle your employment to your advantage throughout your ordeal - that is really great... wishing you continued success with your SCS. Whatever works....!!

Welcome back, XOXOX Sandy

Hi Lori, Nice to hear from you and your successful SCS. So happy for you in making a change to have less stress in your job. I haven't worked for several years. Just turned 62 so got SS, denied SSDI so will get an attorney . Besides having RSD generalized-full body and internally, have Diverticulitis, Trigeminal Nerve Disorder, Fibromyalgia, Ruptured Disc in neck from an accident.
I miss working. Hope the best for you. your friend, loretta
