Hi!! I recently bought one of those tempur-pedic type of mattress pads and that has seemed to help me sleep better. I don't seem to thrash about as much in my sleep since it conforms to my body's pressure. One problem I did have on the Trazadone was very vibrant dreams and nightmares. The elavil was linked to some of my heart issues. Sometimes I think I am that .01% that gets all of the weird side effects!! Oh well, hoping everyone sleeps well tonight, Lisa

I take 2 Ambien each PM, 5 mg each and the 10mg has really helped me to both fall and stay asleep.

Ali,
Try meds as a second, or better, last resource.

Try some walking, earlier in the day. I think that lots of us are too sedentary, and don't get tired enough, by doing what our bodies need to do naturally.
Then we gain weight.
Then we try to 'diet'. 'Nuff to drive me crazy!

We RSD'rs need Exercise as much or more than normal folks.
Remember the use it or lose it thing?

Take good care all!

love,

pete
