I don't know what that term means. Sounds like you need a good WC lawyer....

the 2nd doctor you saw should be well versed in WC law in whatever state you live in. His written report on the status of your case could be critical for the courts.

WC has made my life a living hell...I could never deal with the insurance company on my own. They are evil personified. My attorney handles everything for me.
