Hi Roz,

Most people really don't need to worry too much about Vit K, unlike other vitamins most of what you need is manufactured by the natural bacteria in our stomachs. It isn't found in many foods, but if you're worried, eat avocado and lettuce (yes, guys, there really is a use for lettuce )

Added: I discovered this when I was being treated with meds for stomach ulcer which kill off all the bacteria, good and bad - but couldn't get lettuce on prescription

all the best.

Hi Artist,

It sounds like I need to eat more salads. Do you know off hand if cabbage has Vitamin K. Hugs, Roz
