Default

I do take it, not as regularly as I should. But I do not know what to look for in terms of improvement.

Maybe Mrs D has some insight

Thumbs up All Good

Hi IHH,
I have nothing but good stuff to say about CO Q10
I have used it for years. You must make sure you get the
right brand though. The molecules can be difficult to digest/absorb,
so the quality must be high. Unfortunately I cannot say which
kind we use. I studied the use of this about 5 yrs ago, discussed
it with a few doctors and found out they take it too...especially
cardiologist.
Wish you all the best,
Hope
