Dear Ada,

Several Docs told me I was under medicated when I could barely walk to the bathroom. MD FIller is NOT one of them.

I believe it is beacuse I have told several Docs I want the root of this problem. I am drug free today by the grace of GOD. Yes I still have pain. Hugs, Roz

I do hope you can find the cause, it is always easier to deal with something if the aetiology is known.
I have developed generalised myoclonic seizures in the last 12 months, sometimes with momentary Loss of consciousness.
EEG only abnormal at the time of a seizure, however I have some "white degeneration " of brain tissue on MRI.
I wonder if there is a similarity?
Good luck with finding th answer.

Thank you. And speaking of white matter, the only thing of interest on the MRI brain scan was as follows:
There is a solitary, 1-2 mm puntuate focus of increased signal on FLAIR sequences in the left parietal lobe white matter, without associated abnormal signal on the diffusion weighted sequences. This finding is probably of no clinical significance and may represent an atypical perivascular space.
However, the follow up MRA - albeit w/o contrast - which should have picked up any small bleed was perfectly normal. That said, and at the suggestion Madam Roz, I have added a check for Lyme Disease to the bloodwork I'm getting done tomorrow morning.

Thanks all for the good wishes.

Mike

Hi Everyone,

I have a wonderful Doc who is doing everything for me at this point.

I still have not gotten my results from the lyme disease tests. They are testing for co-infections as well. My tests are going to specialized labs.

The Elisa test is very inaccurate for lymes.

But if I don't have lyme. My SX match M. S.

I am frighten to even have a MRI at this point. I was wondering if anyone had a Spect Scan? Hugs, Roz
