Default Sienna Tea leaf, constipation, and great weather.

First off, I had to touch on the great weather here in Co. today. It's 62 outside and I took a walk. Spring is either in the air or the birds never left for the winter. I don't blame them though. After growing up in Ky., if I were a bird I wouldn't want to fly South either. LOL

Anyway, I found this on the computer last night and what it talks about is that Sienna Leaf tea works better for constipation then a laxative. Not sure that's true but I didn't know if we had ever talked about this tea.

Right now, I am doing good with the constipation. I am off my meds, I watch what I eat but at times if I eat the wrong thing, I am really messed up.

Have any of you tried this? Just wondering.
