Default Extra burning

This might be a totally stupid question, but today I have had an almost itching burning in both lower calves, and further up my back than usual. My normal symptoms are burning thighs, groin and lower back/upper buttocks. Although I have had random swelling in my right knee and ankles rarely (and have recently had achilles tendon inflammation in both feet, before diagnosis and presumed unrelated due to bone spurs), I have not had any symptoms of burning in my lower legs before (save the sciatica in the right leg which doesn't burn) and the back burning is up to the bottom of my shoulder blades today. It seems a bit sudden and widespread (and not quite severe enough) to be the CRPS though, but that's not me speaking of experience of CRPS itself, just the way my pain has been for 4 years. I have not had an injury and my mobility/activity has been fairly well paced. although I did up it a little yesterday (without going silly).

Before I panic, do any of you get "extra" burning that comes and goes? Obviously mine hasn't gone yet lol, but I don't want to panic if it's normal for it to differ day to day area wise.

I kindof wish I could take NSAIDs!

Yes I get this sometimes, a few days ago I had the burning sensations and soreness suddenly in my middle and upper back. I was pretty worried, but this is the third day, and it's definitely subsiding. Phew. Lol, I seem to have worse CRPS symptoms around that time of the month....but this was a new one.

It's natural to panic with this, but not everything is a dramatic turn for the worse wish I could remember that, but it gets me every time!

Bram.
