Thank you all again for the support. It's much appreciated!

Sandy, you are SO sweet for saying that we could stay with you if we ever had to go to the US for treatment, thank you sooo much my mum and I really appreciate that! Going to the US has for the Ketamine treatment has been something we have looked into, however my doctor thinks it would be something too hard to do (I think he just wants to "fix" me and not allow anyone else to, though he has admitted he can't do anything more to help). We are hoping that eventually they will do the Ketamine treatments over here. A lady friend of mine with RSD has been told she could have them however every hospital I have been to has said I can't because of my age and wont be able to for many years, despite them saying they may help!

Had a bad morning this moning. Got up and couldn't move from back pain. Kept collapsing and been sick due to the pain. Had to go for tuition as it's important so took my pain meds and went. Tutor knew I was feeling ill so thankfully let me finish early. Mums been on phone to my doctor telling him how bad things have been and he's said to go to my appointment in Bath on the 22nd and see if they have any idea of treatments that may help and if they don't, he would look up things and review my case so that's positive ... the hard things getting there feeling ill!

The Program in Bath they want me to go on is either 3 weeks intense or they now have a 4 days intense program specifically for CRPS. I'm hoping that'll help but the problem is it is more psychological input and not medical treatments. I've had psychological support and I KNOW I still need it now as I have been really depressed but I just wish there was something medically they could do. Psychological support would help a little but at end of day, I need something to reduce the pain somewhat.

Thanks again and i'll let you all know how things go.

Alison
