Default long time no post

Hey everyone! Just checking in to see how you all are doing. I'm having a rough go of it lately.. but life goes on right? I am grateful for a warm pool that allows me to exercise with low impact!
Hope ya'll are doing ok!

Doing well. Having issues with internal crap, hope it's not spread. Gave dentist my crps and dentistry letter today. He said, what's this? I've never heard of it. Thank God for people like rsdsa and neurotalk.
