Shocked Pce test

So since my OS says that I cannot return to my JOI for at least a year I have to take this PCE(physical capcity evaluation) tomorrow @ 8am which is too last 4-5 hours....grrrrrrr I cannot sleep and havent slept well in at least a year grrrrrrrr, I felt my last Dr's appt was ran by the nurse case manager grrrrrr she had the DR. fill out this form before I could even get a word in it was done, so I made another appt. with my OS to talk about this decision not to return to JOI for at least a year. I want to at least try to go back and then give in. The problem I'm having for my return is the treatment I'm receiving for the RSD which is the block.....I'm so confused and don't want to give up, but dang this is getting old if I cant return to JOI then I will be medically terminated and I will loose my medical and other benfits, but will have the option to return as long as it is within a year per our contract....meanwhile I'm being assigned a Vocational Specialist and I'm not sure what all this means. The attorney I contact has yet to receive my file from WC to review to see if they can assist me in this case.....I wanted to vent and get any advice from anyone going through the same issues. Thanks and GOD Bless

Hi Drea, it might be time to begin applying for SSDI. It can be a long process, but once approved you should be able o get Medicare. It may also help to supplement your income. Lisa
