Default Jamaica Mon

Had a great time on my trip despite the pain- The warm ocean water felt great! I managed to do a rafting trip that had a few rapids- So glad I went! Thanks for all of your encouragement

Debbie

It is good to hear that you had a nice time in spite of your RSD. Aren't you glad you went? Now you have another good memory to think about on your bad days. Regards, Lil
