Default Physical Therapy

Do any of you have trouble dealing with PT mentally. I get very depressed going into it. I went yesterday per my Drs. orders for my back. The therapist says it's my hips but she wants my Dr. to order some test on my back.

I hate PT and it depresses me just to think of doing it but I know that if I don't do this, I might get worse.

Do any of you feel this way with PT? I have been very depressed since I saw my Dr. Friday and he mentioned it.

Thanks for the help,
Ada
