My 2 pain docs, here in Iowa, are agains't, but know they both have never prescribed Ketamine oral, for the treatment of pain due to RSDS. They've offered my me a gel of lidocaine with ketamine & was wondering if anyone has tried this & does it offer any relief.

If it was me, I would take the lidocaine with ketamine gel and at least give it a try, you won't know until you do and worse case scenerio, it won't help. but with that being said, I have the Lidocaine patches and they do help somewhat. Check over the ketamine doctors list and find one who is closest to you and give them a shot if your not happy with your treatment or if the gel doesn't work, thats the best opinion I can offer, wish I could do more to help but hang in there k

The NJ -Camden, NJ line is the same as Philip Getson in Marlton, NJ. it should be removed.

Same for MA. the Arnold Pain Clinic is the Beth Israel Hospital. There is a typo in the phone number, it should begin with "617" Dr. Asdourian works for the BI. (their ketamine program has been closed to new patients for several years. And for the record, Dr. Ansdourian is one of the MEANEST doctors I have ever met.)

Hi Dee,

I go to the USC Pain Center where Dr. Linda Rever practices. I have asked my doctor there Dr. Zaghi about Ketamine and he spoke to the Director who told him they are not set up to do Ketamine. So I am very confused. I will have to ask him next time if Dr. Rever does Ketamine for a different hospital.
