Arizona - I think I am onto two different doctors/facilities that are doing ketamine infusions, the first one only does the boosters if you've had the inpatient treatment but rumored to be getting ready for inpatient (?) and the second I am not too sure yet but have emailed to request more info and again, if I don't hear back by Monday night/Tuesday morning, I will call them directly.

I just received an email from Dr. Rever in which she tells me she is familiar with ketamine infusions, would be more than happy to see me and review my previous ketamine infusions. She also states she will return to USC Pain Center on July 21st and included the contact number.

She seems very nice, but I can only judge by the email. Does she actually do the infusions, well it sounds like it but without going to her directly, I cannot with 100% certainly say. I think if I were already a patient of USC, I would go directly to her and ask.

I know from over the years that one doctor tells you one thing about a doctor and then you see them, its a totally different story. So for now and if no one objects, I think I would like to leave Dr. Rever's name on the list. Also if anyone would like to see the email, just let me know and I will private message it to them, I don't feel comfortable posting it without her permission.

I've been getting my infusions with him as well as nerve blocks for the past four months and couldn't be happier. I think he's an excellent option for those who can't get in to see Dr. Shwartzman and honestly, I left Dr. S for him just because he was so much more accessible.

DeeRSD, thank you so much for this list. I am new to this forum and have been looking for a RSD specialist. I am curious about the dr.'s in AZ. I travel to Phoenix from NY to see a pelvic pain specialist there. He mentioned to me last year that St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix was trying to get approval to do the 5 day Ketamine treatment. He didn't mention any dr.'s names to me. Were you able to track down the dr.s in AZ. If not, I will ask my pelvic pain specialist in AZ for names.

A member of a Facebook group is seeking a Dr in Ok and currently sees Jack Marshall's partner as her main Dr. The practice does nerve blocks and pain management but not ketamine so she is still seeking a Dr in OK that does it.

Your very welcome and I'm glad keeping this list up helps, my small way to help so your appreciation makes my day

I just called St. Joseph's Hospital and spoke with a lady who finds doctors/treatments that are available there. Unfortunately, they do not do the ketamine infusion therapy there, they did not even have a pain clinic portion according to her.

There is a Dr. Lynch in Phoenix who does LOW dose ketamine infusions but I get the high dose so we didn't want to waste each others time by me going there.

There is another doctor in Scottsdale that I am waiting on a call back from and will let you know what she says asap.

The last doctor in AZ is not set up to do the infusions yet, I am on their call list once they get all their ducks in a row and will post their info just as soon as they are able to do the infusions.

Currently I go to DR. Leverone in L.A. California, and I just love that man! He has been awesome to me, really cares and know's his stuff, so if you would like more info on him, his dosage protocal, his right hand girl's name and info, I'd be more than happy to supply you with that.
