Default hi

hi Dawn,

I just called their office to see if they do them or not and strangely they were closed. I will call them again Monday morning and if they do not do them, I will promptly take them off the list. Thank you so much for the info.

As far as he member of facebook, maybe she could see if there is someone closest to her from the list for the infusions? I know I travel 4 hours to get to my doc in California, but to me its worth it.

Thank you again for the info,

Dee

Thanks Dee! If I hear anything else about AZ dr.'s I'll let you know and I'll certainly inquire when I'm bak there sometime this fall for some procedures. I love my pelvic pain specialist Dr. Hibner and it would be great if I could find someone in AZ that would be willing to work with him esp. because I need more surgery with him in 2012. At St. Joseph's the anesthesia people do 5 day marcaine epidurals for their RSD patients. They started one on me back in September but I also had a ONQ pain pump going at the same time from an obturator decompression surgery and got some toxicity so they had to pull the epidural after 24 hours. Even though it was for such a short time it did help my legs alot. My legs are quite sensitive to heat and for about 3 weeks I didn't get any heat rashes in the shower and the pain in my legs was markedly improved for about 2 months.

Since I'm only a 45 minute flight to NYC I think I will look into the group at HSS.

Again thanks for all the posting.

I just got home from Utah, the dr listed here is actually 2 places. Dr Talbott is at another phone number and in I believe Park City, and does do outpatient infusions. The number listed is to Omega Interventional Pain Clinic (used to be called LifeTree) and they do both outpatient in their office and inpatient at a local hospital. The phone number listed is correct for them. I did the outpatient with Omega (super nice people and really nice and caring dr).

Utah doctor, Dr. Talbott is now listed twice, I cannot confirm these numbers, these addresses or their use of ketamine until Monday, please bear with me. I am still looking into Omega and Lifetree which may be one in the same although they show different addresses, but again, please bear with me until Monday. Thank you.

Barby Ingle is working with doctors in AZ where she lives. I know she has mentioned two that are doing ketamine. I would suggest getting hold of her either thru FB or thru her Power of Pain foundation. In addition, her newest book ReMission Possible is really helpful for those considering ketamine.

Dr Talbott used to work for Lifetree, but a few months ago he parted ways and now practices apart from them. The Lifetree address is a research facility, with Omega as the pain clinic the floor above, they are connected, but it's Omega that does the infusions, not the research center (lifetree). There's no website for the new pain clinic yet (Omega) so the only way to get info is to call. It took me a few days to figure out the whole situation. I saw Dr Pulley at Omega for my infusions, but there are 3 other drs that work there.

AZ doctors listed above: Dr. Siwek who was seen on T.V. doing Barby's infusion is now the director of that facility, Dr. Turley does them now, HOWEVER, they will only see you for booster infusion if you have had the 5 day inpatient infusion elsewhere, last I talked to them, they were attempting to get set up to do these themselves but they are not at this time.

AZ Dr. Lynch only does LOW dose ketamine infusions, it is a start for someone who has never had ketamine.

There is one other doctor who is setting up to do infusions, he is not ready yet so I will not post his info until he is, his office is getting swarmed with calls and I am not going to add the info until he and his staff are ready.

Thank you everyone for your help and input, I'm trying my best to keep this as updated as possible and could not do it without your help.

Default Ketamine doc in Houston

After a week of phone tag and getting the requested referral letter from Dr.Schwartzman (my current rsd doc), today I was informed by Dr. Everton Edmondson's office in Houston that he no longer does the ketamine.
I am in the Houston area for an extended stay to help out a family member, does any body know of any other docs in this area who do out-patient Ketamine?
Thank,
Amelia

Hi all. My girlfriend has CRPS.

We got Ketamine boosters in both the US and Europe. In the US specifically with Dr. Leverone in Los Angeles. The problem is the high cost ($2,000 per single booster) compared to a much lower cost in Europe. Does anyone know any doctors providing Ketamine booster for a more affordable price? Preferably CA, WA or Canada/BC or alternatively Western Europe / Scandinavia. At some point it's cheaper to travel to Europe for multi-day boosters but always a big big hassle.

Cheers, Bjoern
